About Panda Express
Panda Express is a casual Chinese restaurant that focuses on fast, accessible, and satisfying meals for people who want convenience without giving up familiar flavors. It serves as a flexible dining option for a wide range of occasions, from a quick lunch break to a relaxed dinner, and it also works well for takeout, delivery, and catering when food is needed for home, work, or group gatherings.
The restaurant is designed for guests who value speed and simplicity. Counter service supports a smooth ordering experience, while dine-in seating gives customers the option to stay and eat in a comfortable, informal setting. Because many visits are short, Panda Express appeals to people who want a quick bite, but it also accommodates those who prefer to spend more time enjoying a full meal. Its menu style makes it suitable for solo diners, families, students, tourists, and groups looking for a dependable meal that is easy to order and easy to share.
Panda Express is especially well known for offering comfort food with broad appeal. The restaurant balances hearty favorites with healthier choices, allowing guests to choose meals that fit different tastes and needs. Small plates and customizable combinations make it convenient for people who like variety, while the Chinese noodle restaurant and wok-style influences add depth to the menu. This mix of familiar and flavorful options helps the restaurant serve both repeat customers and first-time visitors who want a simple introduction to Chinese-inspired fast food.
The business is built around convenience at every step. Delivery and no-contact delivery provide practical options for customers who want meals brought to them, and takeout is ideal for those on the move. Outdoor seating adds another dining choice for guests who prefer to sit outside, while onsite service supports a straightforward experience for walk-in customers. Accepting reservations can be useful for planned visits or larger groups, and the availability of credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments helps make transactions quick and easy.
Panda Express also places strong emphasis on accessibility and family comfort. Wheelchair accessible entrances, parking, restrooms, and seating help make the restaurant welcoming to more guests. Features such as high chairs, a kids menu, and a family-friendly atmosphere make it practical for parents dining with children. Free parking, including lot and street options, further adds to the ease of visiting, especially for customers who want a meal without the hassle of searching for a spot.
As a caterer, Panda Express extends its role beyond everyday dining. It can support meetings, parties, school events, office lunches, and other occasions where dependable food service matters. This makes the brand useful not only for individual meals but also for larger-scale needs where consistency, speed, and convenience are important.
Overall, Panda Express presents itself as a reliable, casual restaurant that combines quick service, accessible dining, and a menu designed for broad appeal. Its focus on convenience, family-friendliness, and flexible meal options makes it a practical choice for people looking for everyday Chinese food in a fast and approachable format.

The manager sandy is EXTREMELY rude. I am not sure how she is still employed, but every time I go to this location I avoid her at all cost. I always order a family meal and the taste sometimes changes on the food. I ask the girl Miley why the food taste different and she said the manager Sandy asks the cooks to use less ingredients to save money. When I ask for a little more in the boxes, they say the portion is 2 spoons for the red boxes. Every other panda fills those boxes so Iβm confused on why they are different at this location. I live in Chino and this location is on my way home from work and I go out of convenience on Fridays but I can no longer do this. The management needs to be changes immediately because customers avoid this place because of how it is ran.

Didn't give right portion for the fried rice and chow mien, also, the dish is over counter for too long. Chow mien i ordered on second plate didn't cook right, they didn't process throughly before they are in the wok, also either cooked over time or stay on steam table too long, they break to pieces. Add picture, you can definitely see it was tied together and didn't cooked.

Food is good most of the time. But today it was just not fresh at all. The orange chicken was not good and didnβt have any chicken meat inside.

Was not fresh in the slightest. When I came in at 2:00pm the cooks were not cooking food and most of the trays were empty. I waited for them to "cook" (saw no cooking) beijing beef and finally after 10 minutes it was ready. The rice and chaw mein looked discolored as well as all the veggies. The orange chicken is hard as a rock and the meat is brown and old. Again the rice and chaw mein tasted awful, old and undercooked. I eat panda once a week from the grove ave location and this one was just awful! I had to stuff it down because i haven't ate all day and was starving. If you look at the pictures I posted of the veggies they look awfully discolored/old.
